Paul N. J. Ross

IDAHO BANKRUPTCY LAW

 

Founding lawyer, Paul N. J. Ross, has dedicated his legal career to helping individuals throughout Southern Idaho find effective debt relief through Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcies.

Paul N. J. Ross grew up in the Mini-Cassia area of Southern Idaho and graduated from Minico High School. He graduated from Utah State University with his undergraduate degree and from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Paul N. J. Ross gained bankruptcy law experience in Oklahoma where he practiced under limited license while attending law school. Since that time, he has been admitted to the Idaho State Bar (IBA #8676) and Utah State Bar (UBA #17780). He practices in Idaho and Utah state courts, Idaho Bankruptcy and District Courts, Utah Bankruptcy and District Courts, and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

A member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Paul N. J. Ross is also involved in various community organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America. He is married to Amanda Hemsley, and is a happy father to four beautiful children. He is licensed to practice in Idaho and Utah state courts, Idaho and Utah Bankruptcy and District Courts, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and United States Supreme Court.

Paul N.J. Ross has received numerous awards including the Idaho State Bar Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Section Professionalism Award and Idaho State Bar Fifth District Pro Bono Award. He has also been appointed to serve on the Idaho Bankruptcy Court Local Rules Committee and Chairman of the Local Rules Committee Chapter 13 Subcommittee.
